Anthony's Personal Wellness Plan Things to do

Eat Good Food
Eat apples, Bananas, oranges
Wheat bread, Wheaties
Roman meal No Big Macs
Sleep
Go to bed early. Get Whitney to sleep.

Work Out

3 times per week.
